COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Powerstone Property collects information in several ways from different parts of the Site.

If this Site permits user registration, then some personal information is gathered when you register. During registration, Powerstone Property collects your name, Site username, password and keyword and email address. When making an online reservation and/or purchase your debit and credit card will be collected in addition to your billing address.

Powerstone Property may ask you for personal information at other times, including (but not limited to) when you respond to a survey, submit a change of address request, submit a maintenance request, post information on the Site, submit communication to Powerstone Property or the Association through the Site, or report a problem with the Site. Reports of violations of Association rules and regulations may need to be disseminated in accordance with the Association’s governing documents. Other communications intended for the Association will need to be shared with the Association in accordance with their content and context.

Protection of rights: Powerstone Property may also disclose account information in special cases when Powerstone Property has reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone (i) who may be violating the Terms and Conditions, (ii) who may be violating or causing damage to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) the rights or property of Powerstone Property, its technology provider, other Site users, or any other person or entity, or (iii) to protect the personal safety of employees of Powerstone Property or its technology provider, other Site users, any other person or entity or the general public.
